  • We accept returns of unopened and unused perfumes within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund.  

Flexible Returns for Opened Items

  • If you have unpacked the product and are not satisfied, we understand that preferences may vary. While opened items do not qualify for a standard return, we are flexible and will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please Contact Us to discuss possible solutions.  

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please Contact Us immediately, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.  

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through Stripe, and the money will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.  
  • Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
